Nicola Williams
Managing Director

Nicola is the daughter of the founder, Richard Williams, and has over 20 years of involvement with the family business. In an official capacity, Nicola joined in 1987 and worked part-time for 3 years as the Office Manager while she was studying for her Bachelor of Economics before heading overseas. After an extended European vacation, Nicola spent a year completing her Masters in Economics in England and then recommenced her career in transport, working as transport modeller within two London consulting firms for 8 years.

Nicola returned to Australia and rejoined Transit in 1998 as the Business Manager. After completing the first year of an MBA to get the qualification of Postgraduate Diploma in Management, Nicola became Managing Director in 2001, enabling her father to retire from the management side of the company.
