As part of our annual upgrade program we give your staff on-site refresher training to ensure they are continuing to use Odyssey in the way that best suits your operation. Operations change over time and so the way you use Odyssey needs to change with you. We have found that ongoing face-to-face time with your schedulers, at the coal face, is the most productive way to show how to continue to get the most efficient schedules possible in the minimum amount of time.
